Online

To purchase items from our web site, please make your selections and add them to your shopping cart. After completing your selections, please check out by selecting the View Cart button. Enter any special ordering instructions, your zip code, shipping method, and payment type. Next, select Checkout and you will be taken to our secure web page for entering the necessary information for the payment option selected. This will include contact and shipping information. (Please be aware that our shopping cart software requires an e-mail address to process an order. If you do not have an e-mail address, please insert dummy@whitetigercreations.com for your e-mail address.) After completing all the information necessary to process your order along with your payment information, select Submit This Order and you are done. An order confirmation page will be displayed and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.

Telephone

To purchase by telephone please contact us at (972) 941-6711. To speed the ordering process, please make your selections and record these selections prior to calling. For your convenience, you can use our standard order form. (Our standard order form is currently being revised and will be available shortly.) You also have the option to use our on-line shopping cart to enter and print your order. When using our on-line system to place a phone order, all you will need to do is call us, provide your order number, and specify your payment choice.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to a Texas address. The sales tax charged is 7.25%. Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout.

Payment Information

Credit Cards

Currently the credit cards we accept are Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you are uncomfortable with paying with a credit card online, we can also accept your credit card payment by telephone and by mail. When completing your transaction by telephone, please select Telephone as your payment option. When completing your transaction by mail, please select Mail as your payment option.

Checks

Personal checks, as well as cashiers checks and money orders are welcome. Please make checks out to White Tiger Creations. Payments made by check are classified as mail orders and will not be processed until the check is received. When payment is received by check, the order will be processed but the merchandise will not be shipped until after your check has cleared our bank.

COD and International Orders

We are sorry, but at this time we do not accept C.O.D. orders or International Orders. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Shipping Information

Piece part availability from our suppliers may alter shipping dates. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately.

Shipping Times

Standard orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days; if you pay by check, we will not ship the order until the check clears our bank. Special orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks, depending on availability of parts from our suppliers. If you provide your e-mail, we will notify you about shipping dates. If you need your order sooner, contact us and we will work with you. Complete customer satisfaction is our goal.

Shipping Rates

We charge one flat rate for standard shipping and handling. Additional charges will apply for non-standard shipping. Our standard method of shipping is by First Class US Post Office (USPS). You also have other shipping options including Priority and Next Day Mail. We reserve the right to change shipping methods.

On orders greater than $150, a credit will be applied to the order equal to the our standard ground shipping charges. This credit, when applied, will result in Free Ground Shipping. Sorry, but no other coupons and/or discounts will be applied to shipping costs.
